As this system is based on vs/fighting video games, like Street Fighter, each player will create a character to face off against other players.

The number of Simultaneous Matches is limited by the number of Referees.
There will be one Ranked Match opportunity for each player each week.

For what it is (a fighting game simulator), it's pretty basic - for example, damage is derived for each manuever from your attributes, never rolled. Character Creation is point based, no rolling.
Players will very quickly become proficient with Abilities/Techniques/Maneuvers their character either uses or (even occasionally) comes up against.
